Sunil is Head of Capital Allowances. Prior to this he was a Director with a national property consultancy and a Senior Manager with a Big Four accountancy firm. He has 16 years' experience in the areas of capital allowances and property consultancy, and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Sunil has worked with some of the largest investors and developers as well as private property investors across the UK. He also works for a number of owner/operators particularly in the retail, healthcare and leisure sectors. His experience includes the successful capital allowances valuation and negotiation of over 75 store openings for a national retailer, the £30m extension of the headquarters/distribution unit for the same operator, the valuation of capital allowance based in the £585,000 acquistion of a distribution unit.
