Prior to joining the team Michael worked with a global construction consultancy firm, national property consultancy firm and The Valuation Office Agency. He has 9 years' experience in the area of capital allowances and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Michael has experience in many commercial sectors including retail, leisure, industrial and more currently the renewable sector. He has also carried out numerous valuations for care home operators, general practice surgeries and private medical centres. His client base is diverse but includes private property investors, owner-occupiers and small to medium property investment companies.
